If such substances are contained in the gas, they shall be removed before the gas enters the honeycomb activated carbon bed (it is better to have a decoking device) to achieve good results Apply the effect.

3. It is forbidden to immerse the honeycomb activated carbon in water: the honeycomb activated carbon belongs to porous adsorption material, so it must be absolutely prevented from being immersed in water during transportation, storage and use. After being immersed in water, the water fills the active pores, reduces the direct contact between the specific surface of the activated carbon and the gas, and seriously affects the use effect.

4. Safety instructions for honeycomb activated carbon: wet activated carbon needs to be deoxidized from the air. The consumption of oxygen in a safe and closed container will cause a toxic environment. If workers enter the container containing activated carbon for proper sampling or work in a low oxygen space, they should comply with the relevant national standards and operation specifications.

Cellular activated carbon transport:

1. Transportation and loading and unloading: during the transportation, the activated carbon shall not be dragged by iron hook, mixed with hard materials shall be prevented, strong vibration, friction, trampling and smashing shall not be allowed, throwing shall not be allowed, and light loading and unloading shall be conducted to reduce the carbon particle crushing and affect the use.

2. Fire prevention of honeycomb activated carbon: during storage or transportation, honeycomb activated carbon shall be prevented from direct contact with the fire source to prevent fire. During the regeneration of activated carbon, oxygen shall be avoided and the regeneration shall be complete. After regeneration, it must be cooled down to below 800 ℃ with steam, otherwise, the temperature is high. In case of oxygen, the activated carbon will self ignite.
