The deoxidized catalyst 3093 produced by our company is a kind of ablative inert gas deoxidizer which is neither hydrogen nor hydrogen reduction and regeneration. Deoxidation principle is: the oxygen in the gas and the carbon containing the active component, under the catalytic action of the active component, can be converted to carbon dioxide in the direction of lower temperature, and the residual oxygen amount of the gas after deoxidation is less than 1 ppm, after removing carbon dioxide, the high purity gas is produced. The deoxidizer can directly remove oxygen from nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon dioxide and other gases. The deoxidizer is currently only produced in bulk by our company, and has been made into 5~380 Nm3/h specifications of nitrogen purification equipment, has been used in semiconductor materials, metal heat treatment, chemical, aerospace, chemical fiber, magnetic materials and other fields. The use of each unit shows that the 3093 deoxidizer and purification equipment developed by our factory are stable and reliable in operation, and the oxygen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and water in the purified gas all meet its technical targets. Another 3093 deoxidizer can also be used for catalytic deoxidation of syngas (hydrogen, carbon monoxide) and hydrogen-containing gases and deoxygenation of boiler water.

[Appearance]: Black granular.

[Standard]: If the inspection basis is in accordance with the national standard GB/T7702-2008, or the inspection method may be provided by the customer, the inspection shall be in accordance with its method.

[Packing]: The outer packing is made of PP plastic woven bag, and the inner bag is made of waterproof PE plastic inner film bag.

[Specification]: Product packaging specifications, according to customer requirements for packaging, the conventional use of 25 KG/ or 500 tons of bags KG/ packaging.
